About

I'm Miguel. Portuguese, living in Barcelona with my family. Spain is the fourth country I've called home, after Portugal, the Netherlands and Ireland.

I work in tech. I swim, run and race triathlon, with the occasional HYROX thrown in. I'm also a firm believer that desserts taste better frozen, so I make ice cream at home and take it quite seriously.

Most of what's here comes from things I've tried, bought, visited, built or spent far too much time thinking about. Gadgets, sports gear, restaurants, hotels, places, experiences and bits of life.

I build small apps too. It starts the same way every time: I want something, I can't find it, so I spend a couple of days building it. Most are personal projects that just live on my phone.
